Many junior CSOs face real-world pressures: being asked to take on too much, pushed to compromise compliance standards, or left without guidance. This programme provides structured support to navigate these challenges safely and confidently — so CSOs can be more effective in their work.

How it works.

Our programme bridges the gap between training and competence through structured, practical, and leadership-focused development:

Structured growth: using the GROW methodology (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) to set clear objectives and actionable steps.
Hands-on experience: analysis of real-world Clinical Risk Management (CRM) case studies and evaluation of existing organisational practices.
Team-building and resilience: interactive exercises that strengthen collaboration, problem-solving, and confidence.
Leadership development: coaching to support strategic decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive cultural change.
Sustainable systems: guidance on embedding effective CRM frameworks across organisations.

Our programme is designed for groups of CSOs to attend together — learning from our mentors and each other.

Individual mentoring options are available for smaller organisations, so whether you’re part of a CSO team in a healthcare organisation, or an individual CSO in a healthtech company, you can get the support you need.
