Clinical safety and regulation, delivered by people who have been there.

We work in partnership with healthcare organisations and healthtech manufacturers to safely design, deploy, and govern digital health technologies — with clinical safety, compliance, and patient safety at the centre.

Patient safety is our fundamental mission.

We exist to raise the standard of clinical safety and regulatory practice in digital health.

We do this by helping organisations move beyond checkbox compliance to build safety, governance, and regulatory approaches that stand up in the real world.

Our team.

Backed by over 75 years of collective experience across NHS, providers, clinical safety, and regulation, our team brings deep, practical expertise to complex digital health challenges.

Dean Mawson

Founder/Clinical Director

With over three decades of experience in healthcare, spanning clinical practice, management, and health informatics, I have dedicated my career to advancing patient safety and improving healthcare delivery through digital innovation.

My journey in digital health began as a clinical lead for an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) deployment, where I gained invaluable insights into the intersection of clinical practice and technology.
