DPM Digital Health has been awarded supplier status on the Training and Development Services framework via the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, securing places on Lot 1: Coaching and Mentorship, and Lot 5: Digital Clinical Safety.
This national framework provides a compliant, pre-approved route to market for all NHS organisations, part or fully government funded organisations and blue-light services. Organisations can run further competitions or direct award in line with the framework rules.
Why this matters now
The healthtech landscape is changing rapidly and 2025 has seen regulation sometimes struggle to keep up with innovation.
New requirements around medical device classification, digital clinical safety, and AI governance have placed more pressure on organisations that lack in-house expertise or stretched capacity.
At the same time, all GP practices are now required to have access to a Clinical Safety Officer (CSO), and they will need qualified training, mentoring, and clinical safety support to meet this requirement.
Appointment to the framework formally recognises DPM Digital Health Consultancy’s long-standing work in:
- CSO Practitioner training aligned to DCB0129 and DCB0160
- Practical clinical risk management for NHS organisations and digital health suppliers
- Mentoring and coaching CSOs through real-world delivery challenges.

Organisations can now directly commission our services secure in the knowledge that our existing CSO training fully aligns with NHSE’s national expectations and best practice standards.

Under Lots 1 and 5, organisations can commission support from DPM Digital Health including:
- Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) Practitioner training, refreshers, and advanced CSO development (DCB0129 / DCB0160)
- Digital clinical safety training for digital, AI, and transformation teams
- CSO mentoring and coaching
- Coaching and mentorship for CSOs, and digital and patient safety teams
